As a single mom for 14 years, Katherine had to find a way to provide for her children that allowed her the flexibility to be available to balance career and family. One thing Katherine figured out was her passion for building relationships and creating community. As the Marketing Director for a small Chiropractic Office, Katherine was instrumental in helping to scale the practice to a 13 practitioner multi-disciplinary practice which included adding a Medical Practioner, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists and 3 Chiropactors.

Katherine became a partner of a gym and utilized her relationships in the community to market the gym and assisted in building a membership along with teaching Boot Camp Classes early AM hours, evening hours, and weekends to assist members with their health goals.

While growing these businesses Katherine grew a team of entrepreneurs in the Cosmetic Industry and lead a team of women teaching them how to create additional income for their families in order to achieve their financial goals with the same formula in marketing, building relationships and a community that could win together. This led to earning trips to Australia, 2 free cars and the ability to create new choices for her family. Katherine’s moto is create a community built on the philosophy “Give a someone a fish, you feed them for a day, teach them how to fish, you feed them for a lifetime.”
